Would you believe Rivermoore Park has a Garage Sale Coordinator? Yup, that's right... Shawn Cross has stepped up to the plate to help coordinate signage & possibly advertising. If you plan on participating in a neighborhood yard sale, please contact Shawn. Thoughts & input would be appreciated ... like where to advertise (cost shared by participants) or where to post (Craig's list) or even a list of participating neighbors posted at each home to direct all possible buyers to all homes. Contact Shawn at dcross108@gmail.com Approved Garage Sale Dates Self-Supporting Signage is allowed in the neighborhood directing buyers to your sale. Signs should not be nailed or taped to community fences, monuments, road signs, etc. Non Conforming Signage may be removed & Violators may receive a fine for non-compliance. Damage is done to our community property -- nails cause holes & premature rot, tape removes paint & leaves a residue, attracting dirt, etc. Signs must be removed no later than Saturday night of approved date. Please remember to clean up your signs after the sale, even those posted on out-of-the-neighborhood-streets!
