Special Reminder ... When posting signage in the
neighborhood (yard sales, special events, etc.), all posters MUST be on self
supporting wood & should not be stapled, nailed, tacked, glued, taped (you
get the point) to any posts (like stop signs, yield signs, etc.). This
is not to be mean, but to help reduce maintenance costs for painting our
amenities, etc. Signage may be removed if not self supporting.
If you are interested in organizing an event, please contact the committee
chair, or if vacant, a board member.

Coordinates the reservations and rentals
of the clubhouse. To enquire about clubhouse rentals, click on

- Architectural Review Board
(ARB)
Members of the ARB
are appointed by the Board to oversee the community covenants,
design guidelines and
standards. The ARB also reviews applications for modifications

- Children's Social
Plans and
organizes seasonal activities for the kids. Activities may be
tied to holidays or may be simply a way to have fun. Click on

Responsible for
ensuring that the Great Meadow is properly maintained. May
include monitoring landscaping contracts, making
recommendations to the Executive Board and organizing
occasional homeowner work days.

The Rivermoore Park Informer is published four times a year (on or about the
months of February, May,
September & November).
- Swimming Pool
Committee - Jeff Pruitt & Linda Flocco
Reviews pool maintenance contracts and makes
recommendations to the Executive Board regarding the
pool. Responsible for monitoring pool management
company contract compliance. Also ensures that the pool remains the centerpiece of our
world class amenities.
- Riptide Swim Team - Michele Brace & Tina Sine
- Tennis Committee
Coordinates the many ALTA and USTA teams,
coaches, clinics and social activities as well as ensuring the
maintenance of the tennis facilities.
