Please Note:  The Association ID is incorrect on the coupon forms.  Here is the correct info:

Management code is 000501

Association ID is 000755

What you’ll need...

1) Your coupon book or account statement &

2) A credit card or your checking account information

That’s it! You’re all done!

STEP 1: Point your web browser to http://www.cabanc.com and click Pay Assessments

STEP 2: Click either E-Check Payment Request or Credit Card Payment Request. The E-Check payment option is offered at no charge. There is a nominal convenience fee for credit card payments.

STEP 3: Fill-in the requested information. You’ll need your Coupon Book or Account Statement as well as your credit card or bank routing/account number.

Click Departments, then Transportation, then Service Request to fill out a form describing request.  You can also use this form to report problems at intersections, traffic signals not working,  signs knocked down, potholes on other roads, etc. if you notice a problem when driving on Gwinnett County roads.

Street Lights
Our street lights are maintained by Georgia Power.  Visit this website link https://customerservice.southerncompany.com/residential/outage_st.asp?mnuOpco=gpc&mnuType=res&mnuItem=ma  to complete an online form.  Each street light pole is numbered (or should be).  If not, tie a ribbon on the pole to mark it for repair.
